"The hotel conditions are exceptional. The cleanliness is excellent. Location is great. The only big issue is the Air Conditioner, it is so loud like airplane engine. We thought was the room we got when arrived l, but after I requested a new room, we found the A/C was also very noisy; we couldn’t sleep well. "

"My room smelled bad. Garbage was stacked in the hall near the elevator for two days. Breakfast didn’t open til 6:30 which is too late. The place had a bad vibe. Like a dormitory. "

Super close to UTMB campus. Has fitness center and laundry. Have stayed here twice now. Will stay here again when in Webster."

"This place is very convenient to NASA. At check in, the staff was super nice. Although the building is a bit old with creaking sound when walking in the hall way and some of the furnatures were not in good shape, the room looked generally clean and comfortable. It is indeed a hot breakfast with scrabbled eggs, sausages, muffins and much more. We were otherwise very happy with the place and our choice of the hotel. The only problem was the bed bugs. "Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall it was clean just slightly run down. Breakfast everyday was good and a nice addition. Pool was ok and hot tub is non existent. Location was alright felt safe and was close to everything. "
