"Had initial issues. Circuit breaker tripped while using hair dryer The ice machine on level 4 was not working. Reported to front desk and the young man resolved both issues immediately. Staff was great. Shout out to Rosetta in housekeeping for her excellent service."

"Ms Debbie was very helpful on arrival planning transportation to the Reds game. Hopped on the TANK shuttle right in front of the property and we walked back using the Purple People Bridge-it was beautiful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was just okay, the seating area was spacious and nice though."

"Was in town to catch a game at Great American Ballpark, Hampton Inn Newport. The hotel was a short walk over the bridge and was absolutely the best move I made when looking for a room. The room was clean and the amenities were top notch. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll most definitely stay here again."
