"The overall room was clean and comfortable but the amenities can be a bit better including the breakfast. I understand it complimentary with the stay but I feel more effort in the options could be made. The hallways have a bad smell through the hotel."

"The entire stay was aesthetically pleasing and I felt extremely safe the entire time as a solo traveler. It was in a very convenient area. Near very decent restaurants and the staff was very friendly. AC units were perfect and parking area was good."

"The room is adequate for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t suggest any longer than that. My partner and I stayed for 2 days (we added on a day at the last minute to experience Jacksonville longer, and so we wouldn’t have to re-check into a different hotel). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with us adding on this extra day, so 5-stars to that. Where our disappointment came into play was the cleanliness of the hotel.. the downstairs communal areas were a bit worn down and had spots...

"We often stay at this hotel when we come to Jacksonville because the experience is normally good. The only issue we had this time was acquiring more towels. They gave us the run around about towels and wash cloths, they only offered two of each but there was three of us in a room. I over heard a staff member discussing the matter, but she seemed to be talking poorly about our request. Besides that the room works well and is great for short term stay."

"You honestly get what you paid for.. staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Ac and tv worked perfectly!! Good amount of parking spaces. Only issue was the stains on the walls, lamps, and shower curtain but everything else was perfect. Would book here again in the future."
