Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. "I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. Expedia is telling me they still didn’t that I’m being lied to and I never got to stay there that day because I was in Oklahoma not in Texas. I never...

"Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. "

"This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty.
