"The room was clean and good. The crew were okay, but seemed to be understaffed since room service took a long time.
Did not like the fact that the temperature control was centralised for the entire hotel and could not be adjusted inside the room. It was too humid for myself."

"Staff very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchenette was convenient and a great addition. However, the T.V. was completely misplaced—it faced the wall, making it impossible to watch, so I never used it. The hotel was quiet, and it’s within walking distance of Cromwell Hospital, which was very helpful."

"Rooms are practical and compact, with good daily cleaning and good hotel facilities (restaurant and bar). The area is well furnished with restaurants, bars an underground shopping mall in proximity of the Jubilee and (further to walk) Elizabeth lines and the DLR. Very practical for a long weekend in London."
