"The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night

"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. "I did not use the air-conditioning. I, therefore, cannot give an opinion.
The airport shuttle service was poor. There was no shuttle service available when I arrived at the shuttle terminal. I had to phone the Lodge. I was told that the shuttle had to be pre-booked. Since the booking for the accommodation was done through Expedia, I was not informed about the prerequisite for the shuttle service. "
