"I can’t wait to stay at Lumiares again. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). The spa was really nice too- had a fantastic deep tissue massage by a male masseuse...

"The room needs some updates. It is pretty small. The bathroom is tiny. They have bathtub and bidet but they are very difficult to use due to a small space. So I think it is nice to list it on the site but it is impossible to use. The breakfast was good. The location is good. They have a restaurant but you need to book it in advance so don't plan on using it. The most important part for me is customer accommodation. Sometimes it is better to loose some money to be able to get more. We stay for...
