fountains abbey is located in Ripon in north Yorkshire. the abbey was destroyed by Henry the 8th. and his second wife had her own private view point of the abbey which is located in the studley royal grounds which are located on the same site and a short walk from the abbey #blue

If you are without a car, Sunday is really the only day DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS you can get to the Abbey using public transport.
