"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

The hotel is very thoughtfully decorated with art work and things and there is so much that is visually engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable and charming. Just a wonderful experience. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, walkable to every main attractions yet quite , truly a hidden gem. Excellent service, staff are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel! The only downside was that we cannot use gym before 9:00am. "

The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable to sleep in. The mattress was on the harder side, which led to us not having the best sleep.
