"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Most amazing staff in all of Spain. Special shout out to Pedro for helping me after I fainted. His quick thinking ensured my safety and well being. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location cannot be beat. Centrally located to all the must see spots. Clean and well maintained. Please keep in mind that this structure has been around since the 1500s. Updates have been tastefully done, but it is an older building. If you're looking for modern- this is not your spot. "Stay was excellent, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.. The one very consistent thing throughout the stay was the friendliness of the staff. They had a smile on their faces and always ready to help A special acknowledgement to Sergio Franco- we arrived prior to check-in and he went out of his way to make sure we were settled in on time. Even offered a free coffee while we waited. This is will definitely be my go-to whenever I visit Seville. Highly recommend"

"En expedia nos correspondia una habitacion de una recamara, pero al llegar era de un ambiente y para personas de mobilidad reducida. No habia con quien reportar esto, y para nonperder el poco tiempo q estariamos en Sevilla la mantuvimos. Fue un poco incómodo por las adecuaciones del baño, pero el lugar es muy céntrico y la habitación estaba muy limpia."
