"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Heel mooi verblijf, kleinschalig en daarom zo behulpzaam en persoonlijk. Personeel was ontzettend aardig en vriendelijk. Midden in het centrum. Parkeren is op 5 min afstand, goed te doen. Deur van de kamer ging niet zo goed open, personeel had goed geholpen hiermee. Heel erg bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!"

"Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The lobby, rooms and common areas on the main floor were very clean and nice. The plunge pool on the upper terrace was a disappointment as it is worn and tried looking and there were no loungers poolside. We had stayed previously in hotels with plunge pools and terraces that we used regularly. Not this one. Other wise beautiful hotel in a great location."

"The room had a severe ant infestation spreading from the washroom to the bed, rendering the room uninhabitable, leading us to evacuate and seek alternative accommodation, after which the host refused a refund. The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night. "Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."
