"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The rooms were very large and well equipped kitchen. The balconies were cute as well. But the pool and rooftop are the highlight. This place is fantastic. Amazing value for how nice it is. Very beautiful and perfect location."

"Nice clean modern hotel, excellent staff, very good breakfast. In Sercotel Don Luciano I finally found a hotel in Spain that i could get a good nights sleep in , the bed was comfortable and didn’t hear the neighbors. Breakfast was really good Only downside is tiny pool with only 4 lounge chairs and 2 sofas. The staff at reception and bar were great"

"I’m writing this review to recognize Antonio, he is the best front desk employee I’ve encountered in all of my travels. He goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and genuinely cares about every hotel guest. The location of the hotel is very good with shops, bars and restaurants a throw stone away. I was able to walk and bike every where. On the downside, the pool is very small (only 8 people) but it was never crowded and the air conditioning in my room did not cool enough....

"Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

"What a lovely place loved the location the room the plunge pool the bar wasn’t open on the times said but that didn’t matter when your so central we just went out! The staff were friendly! The only issue I had was the lift as it was advertised no lift but you needed a lift to get in and I’m petrified of lifts there was emergency stairs which are for mainly the shops downstairs so had to keep explaining why I was using them and was with a bit of a struggle with the language barrier! "Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"
