"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel, ideally located in the centre of Seville and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities. The décor, finish, and facilities are all of a very high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. The staff are lovely, cheerful, and always happy to help. Breakfast was a particularly pleasant surprise as it was included and we had not expected it. It is served in a charming dining area that feels like a welcoming kitchen....

"Room was quite dark with no view but a large bedroom comfortable beds . A chest of drawers would have been useful for storage , the bathroom was adequate but quite small only a shower no bath . We had to ask for a spare toilet roll The room would have been quiet but at night due to the World Cup being on we had very loud tv noise coming from another room until late . Surprised water was not provided daily in the room - only on the 1st day Hotel only served breakfast and no snacks available...

"Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"
