"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided."

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende absolut erstklassig. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind traditionell andalusisch gestaltet. Wunderschöne InnenArchitektur in dem ehem. Palast. Es gibt "Spaces, wo alle Gäste "rumhängen" können: ein herrlicher andalusischer Patio, eine echt hübsche DachTerrasse mit Pool und noch weitere gemütliche Ecken zum Entspannen. Alles war blitzsauber. Die Zimmerausstattung war exzellent und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist ideal zum Shoppen und Erkunden des Herzens...

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."
