"Hotel very clean and rooms quiet. Bathroom facilities excellent and comfy beds. Pool area small. Location was a bit further from the centre than expected but walkable. Pictures online showing the lovely covered seating area at the front of the hotel don’t show that it’s right beside a busy road."

"Hotel was very clean and in the centre of the city with easy walking to all the main areas. Staff were polite and friendly. The room and balcony looking out onto the Setas was perfect. The rooftop bar was lovely and the staff were nice. Value for money also with the drinks. We had two different bookings and didn’t seem to get the welcome drink at the bar on this second booking. Hotel has a pool on the rooftop the pool is quite small and not much lounger space but wouldn’t be expecting a massive pool in the city centre. It was a special occasion for us due to a milestone birthday but hotel did not offer anything special for this, I have stayed in hotels previously where they would do a cake but we had to buy one from a local bakery Sweet Bakery which was good. My main criticism of the hotel is them not including breakfast in the price when they are charging 300+ per night, it is not ideal especially when there are limited breakfast options in the city, it is a city that mainly starts at brunch. Seemed to be difficult to arrange a taxi with the hotel especially for Feria and we were better getting an uber. Criticisms are minor points and I would recommend staying here beyond other options we could find"

"The staff was there just to be there. I think they hire some very young naive people who just started leaning hospitality. They need serious training. Also this hotel had nothing. No restaurants. All they had was high end clothing stores around them. "

"the room needs to improve but the breakfast is good and the AC got stop and you need to start it again, the place is excellent because it’s in the center of the town but maybe we book the wrong room ."

"The room was nice but quite small. The shower with transparent glass door was actually next to and facing the bed, so if you’re looking for privacy while showering, don’t share the room with anyone else. This was weird to us, but I’m not sure how many rooms have this layout. All was clean and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because several restaurants were near by. The hotel faces the Plaza de Encarnación with the monumental “setas” (giant mushrooms) sculpture. "
