"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"We booked the deluxe studio which was a lovely spacious room, smooth check in, friendly staff and quiet pool. An excellent location close to all that Seville has to offer. Lovely little welcome pack of oranges, biscuits and rolls on arrival, which included jams. Temperature within the room was most welcome given the 40 degree heat at the time of our stay (set to 20 degrees, which was lovely after a day of exploring). The description of amenities are not quite as described with Expedia, no...

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."

The only issue I had was the lift as it was advertised no lift but you needed a lift to get in and I’m petrified of lifts there was emergency stairs which are for mainly the shops downstairs so had to keep explaining why I was using them and was with a bit of a struggle with the language barrier! "This place was amazing! We are a family of 6 and we all loved it. Right in the cultural center and so beautiful. It had everything we needed in the apartment and was super clean! We also were able to stay a few hours after check out for a small and very reasonable fee which worked perfectly for us!"
