"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Our hotel room was spacious for two people, everything was clean and in working order. Shower and WC facilities were well equipped. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants/bars and shops and within 15-20mins of a lot of major sight seeing spots. Our room is 101, just a shame we didn't have any views of the outside at all, just a wall"

"Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nei primi giorni di Giugno nella camera doppia superior. È stato tutto perfetto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile; la stanza era molto pulita e perfettamente insonorizzata nonostante la posizione centralissima della struttura. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. Consigliamo assolutamente per la posizione. Unica nota: mancanza di uno specchio in camera! Ci ritorneremmo sicuramente"
