"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"Hotel staff is limited. Breakfast buffet was handled by only two employees who were in charge of being host, refilling buffet, cleaning tables.. which translated into poor service and food area being not cared and dirty. Staff was really friendly it was just they were not enough, more like poor management"

"The location was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best feature - from our perspective - was the effort they had made to keep rooms quiet. Really thick, soft shutting doors. Very quiet air con. The very minor grumble was would have liked ground coffee coffee machines rather than the pods - told you it was minor! Should add that we really loved Seville. Not sure the boat trip was great value for money - all the other sites were great. Other great bonus was how friendly were...

"The room had a severe ant infestation spreading from the washroom to the bed, rendering the room uninhabitable, leading us to evacuate and seek alternative accommodation, after which the host refused a refund. The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night.
