"False advertising. In the winter, there is no hot tub. There is no Terrace open. Rooms have a strange smell. Owner refused to refund us but we left early after so many issues and got a partial refund. Don’t come in the winter. "

"The hotel is located in a prime location, being very close to nearly all attractions and popular cafes and restaurants. They were able to let us check in a bit early as the room was ready. The room was spacious and clean. They also offer a free welcome cocktail once the bar opens in the afternoon which is a nice touch. Overall, great due to the location having everything under a 10 minute walk away."

"The apartmen we stayed at , was ideal for the period of time we were there ( six days ) . The central location was ideal for visiting the main tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and the Plaza Espana . The apartment was well equiped and , had been refurbished to a typical Spaish style. It has a walk in shower and a spacious dinette with lofted ceilings . The bedroom also has a lofted ceiling with a large comfortable bed and like the main room large long windows with convertible doors (...

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."
