"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night. "Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else. The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville. They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside...
