"We booked the deluxe studio which was a lovely spacious room, smooth check in, friendly staff and quiet pool. An excellent location close to all that Seville has to offer. Lovely little welcome pack of oranges, biscuits and rolls on arrival, which included jams. Temperature within the room was most welcome given the 40 degree heat at the time of our stay (set to 20 degrees, which was lovely after a day of exploring). "Room was very spacious and well kept. However, with the heat in Seville, we had ants. The staff were wonderful in addressing the ant issue and provided extra cleaning days. The ants kept reappearing even though we kept the room impeccably clean. Despite the ants, I highly recommend the hotel because overall is it very nice, spacious, and centrally located in the old city."

"The property was beautiful and clean. Check in was quick and communication was excellent. The property was close to many attractions and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping was around each block you turned on. Absolutely a beautiful place to visit!"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"I’m writing this review to recognize Antonio, he is the best front desk employee I’ve encountered in all of my travels. He goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and genuinely cares about every hotel guest. The location of the hotel is very good with shops, bars and restaurants a throw stone away. I was able to walk and bike every where. On the downside, the pool is very small (only 8 people) but it was never crowded and the air conditioning in my room did not cool enough....

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."

"Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"
