"The hotel is in the excellent location. It’s best for the 1st time visiting Seville. Walkable to all the major attractions. It’s basically next to Setas De Seville. We went there again after 10pm to see the night lights. Do save your ticket for the night time. The hotel room is very nice and spacious. It has a large living room and separate bed room. The bathroom is a bit small but there is kitchen sink can be used. The front desk is courteous and very helpful. We were very pleased to stay...

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"The location was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best feature - from our perspective - was the effort they had made to keep rooms quiet. Really thick, soft shutting doors. Very quiet air con. The very minor grumble was would have liked ground coffee coffee machines rather than the pods - told you it was minor! Should add that we really loved Seville. Not sure the boat trip was great value for money - all the other sites were great. Other great bonus was how friendly were...

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
