"Had a great 4 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. On leaving and arriving at airport, I realised I had left car keys in safe deposit box. One quick call and two minutes later keys were on way in a taxi. Arrived 25mins later and driver wouldn't take a cash tip. All very helpful and obliging. Seville is a great city to visit"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"La propiedad debería avisar que hay construcciones alrededor donde no pueden llegar los taxis o ubers a la puerta del hotel. Totalmente sobrevalorado, la habitación es extremadamente pequeña, la ubicación no me gustó para nada, si tiene opciones de restaurantes alrededor y enfrente está el mercado. Pero hay que caminar como 15 minutos hacia el centro o la Catedral. No le vuelvo a quedar ahí ni lo recomendaría vi muchos mejores ubicados a ese costo o menos, porque además no es un hotel barato....

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom.
