"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"this accommodation was stunning. gemma at the front desk was always responsive when i would contact her with questions prior to checking in. she was super nice in person and pointed out a nearby shop to us where we went to purchase water, juice and snacks. she also helped arrange a taxi for us for when we were leaving for the airport. the location of this aparthotel is great, we were able to walk to lots of places (even during the 40 degree heat). close to las setas, real alcazar, the cathedral...

"Second time staying in Aquitania. Belén is the best. She recognized us the moment we arrived, and took great care of us, making us feel at home. Belén even said farewell and inquiry about our experience when we ran into her on the streets when we were getting a taxi to the airport. This great hotel has a rooftop pool, which is a plus.
