"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"This is an excellent location for Seville. It is about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and alcazar from here, but very pleasurable and it was quiet at night despite being near a main road. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were very responsive to all of our inquiries. The area is close to a grocery store which was helpful for grabbing a few things for breakfast. "The location was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best feature - from our perspective - was the effort they had made to keep rooms quiet. Really thick, soft shutting doors. Very quiet air con. The very minor grumble was would have liked ground coffee coffee machines rather than the pods - told you it was minor! Should add that we really loved Seville. "Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt für alle Ausflüge. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Wir waren jedoch etwas enttäuscht, da die Bilder bei Expedia mehr her gaben. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen und nach dem Duschen roch es ununterbrochen nach Abguss im gesamten Raum. "Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "
