"Excellent location, clean rooms that are large and comfortable bed. Pool was open, however pool towels need to be obtained from front desk. A better location would be the pool bar."

"Room was clean, staff was helpful. The breakfast was not great. Hot food wasn’t hot. Fruit was limited in selection. The fresh orange juice was good. Overall the property is in a good location close to the riverfront and walking distance to many of the main attractions. "

"Well located hotel. Staff were nice , professional and efficient. Non-smoking policy should apply around the pool/roof top deck to make it perfect. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Would recommend/stay again."

"The room was super, with only one issue that is easy to solve. The beds have feet that every time you move you can hear squeaking over the floor. Not just in your room, you can hear the beds above and on both sides, simple solution is for them to put rubber feet on the beds. My main complaint is the breakfast voucher, I paid 5 euros and then tried to order the iced late, to be told the only option was hot coffee, this and the pastry came to the advertised price in the cafe of 4E80, so felt ripped off, even 20 cents. Just cross the road and get a pan con tomate with cafe con leech from the 2 breakfast places in the arcade in front. Better value and Moore authentic."

"Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on buisness "
