"Good for what it is, We only stayed 1 night. Family of 4. The check in process is so long. You can not check in until 3 and the process was very manual and we waited in line for over a hour to check in!!!! Only one person at the desk at check-in, taking forever, with a long line of people. We were jet lagged and tired and it was exhausting."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. "Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nei primi giorni di Giugno nella camera doppia superior. È stato tutto perfetto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile; la stanza era molto pulita e perfettamente insonorizzata nonostante la posizione centralissima della struttura. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. Consigliamo assolutamente per la posizione. Unica nota: mancanza di uno specchio in camera! Ci ritorneremmo sicuramente"
