"We booked the deluxe studio which was a lovely spacious room, smooth check in, friendly staff and quiet pool. An excellent location close to all that Seville has to offer. Lovely little welcome pack of oranges, biscuits and rolls on arrival, which included jams. Temperature within the room was most welcome given the 40 degree heat at the time of our stay (set to 20 degrees, which was lovely after a day of exploring). "Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

"Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. I plan on visiting Sevilla again as it was a wonderful city and I will definitely stay at this...

"Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"

Nevertheless, the check-in process was not smooth and since there was nobody at the lobby when we got there and the email with the building access code took a long time to be sent, we had to wait outside, with luggage at more than 100*F outside. When the staff girl finally appeared, she was not hospitable nor did she have any sense of urgency to help or be empathetic. That made the experience a 6/10"
