"The room was really big and clean. The property has great amenities and the terrace bar and restaurant has also great to get a mid day snack or to just relax with some beautiful views of the city. The location is unbeatable especially for night time Setas visitors, my only feedback would be since this property is not drivable to not directly ona road(for taxis to do you off), they should offer help with the luggage as dragging luggage in heat was a huge turn off otherwise an overall great...

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Traditional stylishly decorated property full of old world charm- Very nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but close enough to everything to be totally walkable. Just around the corner from Las Setas which is fun to especially in the evenings, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast included. Would definitely stay again!"

"Room was quite dark with no view but a large bedroom comfortable beds . A chest of drawers would have been useful for storage , the bathroom was adequate but quite small only a shower no bath . We had to ask for a spare toilet roll The room would have been quiet but at night due to the World Cup being on we had very loud tv noise coming from another room until late . Surprised water was not provided daily in the room - only on the 1st day Hotel only served breakfast and no snacks available...

"Lovely accommodation and very conveniently located. Short walk to the main shopping area and some nice restaurants. Had no toilet rolls, but messaged the host on What's App and they gave me a code to get some from the supplies store downstairs. Was quite quiet despite being in centre, although not that soundproof windows - one night there was some commotion outside which we could hear."

"Close to all the action….almost too close with parades, concerts and construction right outside. Piso was clean and great, only thing missing was an iron, there was an ironing board, but no iron."
