"Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided."

Carton juice. A few slices of ham. Poor compared to the promise of the hotel. We had a problem with the electricity but the staff were great sorting it out."

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Close to all the action….almost too close with parades, concerts and construction right outside. Piso was clean and great, only thing missing was an iron, there was an ironing board, but no iron."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Upgraded room which a really nice surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location walking distance to attractions and great shopping. Even though close to attraction and overlooking Magdalena Plaza, room was very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel and location."
