"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. "The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. "This was a beautiful place to stay within the city walls of Dubrovnik, with such a convenient location. The room had tons of amenities, mini fridge in the loft, beautiful bathtub, and all the travel amenities you may have forgotten including umbrella. Would stay again as long as prepared with earplugs for the nearby cathedral bells that go off all night long."
