"The hotel is in a great location, right by the train station (Termini). Our room was nice and a good size. We only stayed one night but found one staff member (door/bell person) to be particularly nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent although we arrived after a rush so not everything was well stocked. Our only negative is that there is only one tiny elevator so getting to the roof for breakfast in the morning, when people are trying to check out and carrying lots of luggage, is tricky."

"We just walk to coloseum and there s many interesting place and souvenir shops along the streets (via nazionalle). The room is clean, warm, comfort and well equiped, with view to garden. The wifi is very good. And The breakfast is tasty."

"Rooms were great! Our host Delia is amazing! She accommodate with all our request. The breakfast was good. The place was close to Roma Termini which we needed to go to Florence after so it work our great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"

"Very close to metro link and Termini station. Easy to get to all the sites if Rome. A bit noisy, but felt safe walking back as plenty of people walking. "

"This is a nice hotel, but quite a walk from Termini if you have a lot of luggage. There are buses to and from Termini.There is a small elevator which is available starting on the first floor, which means you have to get your luggage up to the elevator. The staff is very helpful. The room was small but nicely decorated and the breakfast is excellent."

"Breakfast is standard scrambled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese and bread, few desert, coffee and tea. Not worth paying the extra money. They will not give the room before 4pm even it is ready. Rooms are spacious and can sleep 3 at the minimum. Property is clean. Walkable distance from Roma Termini. A lot of restaurants in and around the area. KFC at the corner. Colosseum is 2 stations from Termini Metro B, other attractions such as Travis fountain and others 3 stations from Termini Metro A line."
