"Clean however walls marked and scraped in places. Needs some attention. Generally clean and ok. Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough. "

"Lift to go up to the room could not be entered the due to it being stored with dirty laundry and black bags stacked and packed high full to the roof of the lift. I alerted the receptionist and she pressed a button in the lift but it remained opened whilst I waited. "Super friendly staff and lovely, clean, comfy room. The air conditioning was very noisy but, as it was a cool night, I simply turned it off. If I had stayed during the summer months, this would have been more of an issue. Overall, the hotel was great and I would recommend. The hotel is extremely close to the railway station which was perfect for my travel itinerary. Although the surrounding area is a little run down, as a single woman travelling alone, I did not feel it was unsafe and would...
