"Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost."

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. "Second stay here at the Falstaff in Canterbury, my favourite hotel in town, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, and the free cheese and biscuits during happy hour can't be understated. Also you can tell a lot of a place in what they think of their customers by the quality of the bathrooms and the soap they use, The Falstaff exceeds all expectations, thanks for another wonder stay."

"I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!"

"We really had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent. The bus service in and out of Canterbury and around Kent was perfect. We will definitely do this again. It was wonderful value for money we really enjoyed it."
