"Well where to start my shower was cold water never turned hot. You also don't have shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The towels are very thin and weren't comfortable. My blow dryer on the wall wasn't working at all. And the TV was very hard to work .plus it smelled. All they gave you for breakfast was a waffle no eggs nothing else one kind of cereal. Not a good place for the price I paid"

"our room was just okay not worth the money. The walls are paper thin could hear our neighbors full conversation at 6am. When we mentioned it to the front desk they could have cared less."

"The free parking and breakfast were nice. We had an obstructed view from both windows and the water took 10-15 minutes to warm up with each shower use. That was absolutely horrible. We asked for more toilet paper, the never sent it up and had to ask again."

"Lovely modern property, however, the linens were not great, mostly the comforters, felt like hospital blankets."

"Staff were nice and professional. I liked everything except the bedsheets didn’t look clean to me"

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"The price & location were good, approx 10 mins outside of Sleepy Hollow where we were visiting. I have stayed at many HI Express’s and the front desk staff here was the least friendly of any I have stayed at. A simple Hello or Have a good night goes a long way. The staff in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Our room was clean but in a very odd location-it was the first room outside the lobby. It was noisy in the morning when people were having their breakfast. I would not recommend this...
