"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

Breakfast was the worst continental breakfast- no drinking water, juice, etc. Do yourself the favor and spend an additional $50 to stay at a better property."

"Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property"

"This is a downtown location with a bit limited parking but otherwise has a small restaurant in it and good coffee area. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and is in safe area. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well."

"Location is great, and price is exceptional for Long Island in general. The place is quirky, but getting better. Not the Ritz. Office runs almost a bodega loke market of basic supplies, food, drinks and snacks. Great budget way to visit Bayville."
