"More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. "We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. "They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!"
