Hotel murah di Biddlestone

"I've stayed at the hotel multiple times and never had a problem until Wednesday 15th July. The building is obviously old so limited to what they can do, but second floors rooms in peak summer are like pizza ovens. The small ancient fan is not enough and I barely slept."

"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy with the staff being friendly. The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend."

"We stayed for the 2nd time. It's a perfect location for us and we like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean and has got everything you need. Shame they don't serve breakfast. Has got a massive parking, also there is a kebab outside so if you are hungry it's perfect to buy food. "I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

"I have stayed here before and it was relatively issue free. Thus time it startexwith a non functioning iron and a less than adequate replacement. Then a shower running hot then cold so hair washing was traumatic. The room service food was a lower standard than last time as it was too dry, and I was provided with a poorer standard of breakfast than last time I stayed. The duty manager was ‘unavailable’ to handle my complaint, and the receptionist was also less than receptive. I was told I should...

"A warm welcome and a well-appointed room in the heart of Devizes at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend."

"The room is very small. One thing I never like is that one side of the double bed is against the wall so getting up in the middle of the night is really difficult for the person sleeping on that side. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom and is separated by frosted glass. So you can hear everything going on in there(!) The location was fantastic. Couldn't be better. Breakfast was good."

"After wanting to stay here for a while I finally got the opportunity and went for the Bunk Room which was fun to do with a family. Rooms are really stylish and well designed while being functional. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room along with cowshed toiletries. Had dinner and breakfast in the diner which was delicious, great service from Ruby both times."
