"I’d never stay here again, nor recommend it to others. Disappointing on almost every level. Complicated check-in where a code is supposed to be sent to your phone, doesn’t arrive and you end up having to phone an out of hours number. Grubby public areas and staircase. Pokey room with furniture stuffed into it. Dirty carpet. Noisy toilet. Tricky shower. Shampoo in a foil sachet like ketchup for your chips. "
