"We had a superior room which was a good size comfortable bed very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Wardrobe a bit small, we had a recycle section in bin, which is great but would have been helpful to state what items were best for this section. Very enjoyable stay would happily use again."

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "

"overall we had an excellent stay. staff were excellent. Breakfast waa delicious. bed was comfortable and room was quiet. room was clean and well maintained. good location. The disappointment was the room was much smaller than picture on expedia. in making your reservation ask them about the size of the room. location is good but it is hard to get out of the parking lot due to hedges blocking view it made id difficult"

"Reception staff initially a little frosty as we arrived ahead of check in time because we were going to an event. However once we explained that we didn’t expect our room to be ready and that we just wanted to leave our bags they were much friendlier and then went out of their way to find a room that had already been cleaned so that we could go straight to the room "

"This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s.
