"Sauberes Zimmer und frisches Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet in ausreichender Menge. Zwischen zwei Haltestationen (Ostbahnhof und Warschauer Platz) in der Nähe der Uber Arena gelegen. Gute Anbindung. Freundliches Personal. Leider wurden wir beim Warten auf unser Check In vergessen. Leider betrat das Housekeeping ohne zumindest anzuklopfen unser Zimmer trotz Schild an der Tür, was uns verunsicherte ob der Check Out Zeit, die wir aber noch ca 2,5 Stunden entfernt hatten."

"This hotel was a great choice for our 4 night stay in Berlin. The room was spacious and our view was over a busy street which gave us a real feel for life in such a vibrant city. Our housekeeping was excellent - thankyou! We hired hotel bikes for 24hrs (at around 18euro) to do our exploring and found them reliable. All staff we encountered were very helpful and polite.
