"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

"Old, dingy, dirty. Broken coffee makers, awful coffee, would not go near the complimentary breakfast. But I guess you get what you pay for."

"The pool and outside pool / hot tub area was very clean and serene. The room was spacious and offered a walk in closet, make- up area and full bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. The two hotel restaurants were both wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again."

"The staff (maybe manager)at the time of check in was courteous. The next day, when checking out, the person doing the transaction was not very nice and a bit condescending. I checked in with 2 small pups, which I notified them of, and all he talked about was the rule of checking in with pups. I told him I had notified them but just kept talking over me. Won’t be staying there again."
