"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...

"I reached there on my booking date and someone else was already in my room claiming that they have booking for the same room. So basically my room had double booking so i couldn't stay there. I tried to contact management or customer service but no one was accessible. I had to book another hotel and stay there. I have now applied for refund, which i hope i get 100 back.."

"I appreciated how every bed had an outlet, and wifi was available (albeit hard to log on at first). The beds were comfy and the shower rooms provided soap/shampoo/conditioner. Also loved how I could walk straight out for a drink at the bar (didn't try the restaurant). My only disappointment was that the complimentary breakfast offering was paltry, but it feels silly to expect a continental breakfast considering the great price."
