"We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much.
The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained.
They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service.
We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available.
The breakfast buffet was ok.
When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals.
Overall we will not be returning to this location."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. "For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. "
