Hotel Murah di Big Creek

"For the price I can not complain. The room was good sized. we had a king bed that was a little lumpy to me but my husband slept like a baby. That was what we needed. Parking right outside our door on the ground level. Owners were friendly."

"Its was pretty clean. The tub did not drain and one of the beds the mattress was pretty worn down and needed replaced."

"The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it."

"Very impressed for the price the hotel was a nice, clean, keep up property. The staff was amazing always happy and helpful. The breakfast was decent a typical hotel breakfast that they kept well stocked."

"The bathroom sink drained slowly. The sink was full of water after brushing my teeth or washing my face. The TV remote was dead & thus, we could not watch TV. We got there early & wanted to check in early. The staff said there was a room ready, but it would cost an extra $25. I paid it because we were weary from our long drive from Memphis & were headed to downtown Knoxville. We did not get back to the room until 10:30 pm. I asked the male staff for directions to the KCC & he said he did not...

"The room was adequately clean. The wifi was spotty. Although advertised as having parking for trucks, trailers, and RVs, the parking lot was difficult to manage with a U-Haul pulling a car. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cold juice, and hot coffee. There's ice available. Coffee maker in the rooms. The AC was nice and cold. Pleasant staff!"

"I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be going back to this hotel!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean! Very modern and up to date!! The other guests were very friendly and helpful also!! If your passing through and need a place for the night or a couple of nights I definitely recommend this hotel!!! Thanks Super 8 for a wonderful stay!!!"

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "
