"Everyone was super friendly, and it was very clean!"

"The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. "

"Breakfast was ok, limited fresh stuff and nothing for vegetarians. Cleanliness was excellent in the room. Telephone shower would have been very helpful in the shower area."

"Bc we stayed 3 nights, they never cleaned our room or changed the bedding. No guest services. Wouldnt deliver extra towels or a new roll of TP to the room. Friendly staff, but would NOT stay again."

"Ask if I had a dog, which I did not. The room needs a bit of attention. Needs a little bit of painting and fix some cracks in the bathroom. Bed was good and comfortable. Room smelled stuffy. "

"We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. "
