"Clean room and smells good"

"I booked a king room but was given 2 doubles because I was staying with my dog (according to the front desk staff) and I was not told about this policy. If I had wanted or needed 2 double beds that what I would have booked. The room was in a complete state of disrepair with a broken/cracked window, bathroom door would not open or close completely, bathroom sink would not drain, also there were holes in the wall in the bathroom. Carpet in the hallways was disgusting. Indoor pool was closed apparently due to some sort of vandalism. This was a horrible stay and I would have been more comfortable staying the weekend in my car! "

"Always a great experience staying at this hotel. We come a couple times a year to visit family in the area, and wouldn’t book anywhere else. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it has consistently been a great experience."

"Room seemed clean enough but we found a bug in our bedding. Front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly and seemed irritated whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was good, pool was good. Breakfast staff was friendly"
