"If you are looking for a great view when you wake up in the morning then this is definately a great place. However it needs some work and it was very disappointing for the amount charged, Frank and Mark were easy to communicate with and helpful, unfortunately there was numerous issues and should really be closed for a couple of days to do some much needed repairs. Also I was told there was to be no pets as per the listing however I had to listen to dogs barking all night sometimes past 11pm...

"Check in was odd, bit of a contentious conversation regarding our platinum status and whether that entitled us to any upgrades/perks. Was informed that we had been moved to a clean room as opposed to a dirty one, and that was an “upgrade”…and that we tried to check in early and that was an issue. Check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 3:50pm. Was then told any upgrades had to be asked for in advance, which has never been our experience as Expedia Platinum members. "Great place but i has seen its glory days. Pool, sauna and hot tub are awesome. Rooms are luxury but show it's age and poor maintenance. Built in microwave didn't work (they brought spare one for counter top), random holes on walls in bathroom due to moving towel holders but not fixing old holes properly. Elevator call buttons on few floors were falling off. Our check in experience wasn't fun probably due to poor staff training. It's a decent place but only if you get a room at a discount. Not...

"Stayed at Canmore Inn and had a great overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient with beautiful mountain views. The hotel is a bit older and can get busy and noisy at times, but for the price, it offers really good value. Would definitely stay again"
