Hotel dekat Big Island

"Bathroom had a constant bad odor, wallpaper was peeling, tub was stained and chipped. Time for a remodel! We were there late, tired, and leaving early so I didn’t bother to ask for another room. Kept a towel rolled up by the door to keep the noise and light out from the big gap. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a fridge in the room. We have stayed there once before but I won’t be back. "

"When I arrived the TV didn't work came on but would not connect to the server, I picked up the phone to call the desk...and it was not working. They had no one to come look till the next day. They offer to move me but I had unpacked already. The pool and jacuzzi were loaded with leaves and debris...it happens but the net to skim was completely broken...and the maintenance guys wouldn't be in till 3...no further assistance was offered even when I asked if they just had another one. Which it turns...

"On arrival, the staff was nice, we quickly checked in and went up to our room. The room seemed very clean which we always hold as the most important part of our stay. The breakfast was a pretty typical buffet style with the make your own waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs. It was ok. During our two night stay we had to get the room keys reset twice as they stopped working. We noticed a couple other travelers had similar issues. "Hotel and room were super clean. Comfortable bed !!! Free breakfast was plentiful and a great value. Well located, plenty of shopping and dining options near by. The pool was a bit of a disappointment. Located at least in the morning in a shady area and unfortunately not very clean. Still, a good value for the money."

"Stayed for one night. Got up the next morning to shower before checking out. Broken shower, no water! The front desk just shrugged. No offer to send anyone to fix it. We asked if there was another room where we could take a shower. The answer was no! They offered us some points for the inconvenience. We didn't need points, we needed a shower before attending an event. I have since called to see if there is any reimbursement we can get. No surprise still haven't heard back from them. Very...

"My family and I stayed at this property recently when my daughter had to have surgery. The staff was very friendly and would say, "welcome back" each time we would return. The beds were so comfortable, our room was very clean, and quiet. We will stay again when my daughter needs to see her doctor for a follow up."
