Top Big Sur Hotel Reviews
Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
8/10 Good
"The main lobby area was beautiful. Nice stroll to the wharf and aquarium area. Our room keys got deactivated after one night and we had to trek all the way to the front lobby to get them rekeyed as the rooms are pretty far. No apologies or reason was given, that was a bit of a negative interaction with the staff. We enjoyed that there was a Carmel bakery right on site."
Bay Breeze Inn
8/10 Good
"I didn't use the coffee maker or ice. The microwave and refrigerator worked well and we're nice to have in room. We were able to drop our bags off before check in. The shower faucet was cracked and felt a bit worrisome to use but was fine for our one evening. Plenty of parking when we arrived."
