"You cannot adjust the temperature in your room. They say you can let the front desk know and they will adjust the thermostat. A man came up and gave us a fan. As a woman going through menopause I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known I couldn’t control my room temperature. Otherwise the experience was fine. The staff was great. "

"My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing. "

"Feathers kept coming out of the comforter. Didn't find a convenience store near by which we would have used otherwise didn't need to utilize any shopping in the area. Valets were very helpful with loading the vehicle also very caring and considerate."

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "

"Owner was helpful and responsive. Place was fun and had lots of thoughtful touches. Note that the loft setup requires ascending a spiral staircase to go to bed, and then descending it in the morning. Good location. Shower is fantastic lol. "

"Clean room, staff was nice but we ran out of toilet paper and only had 1 wash cloth in the room, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was nice. Only big down side was the parking. 45$ a day for Valet with the hotel or a rate of 35$ a day in the back of the hotel which was public parking. We payed for the back but it wasn’t to bad, our vehicle was not vandalized . Overall good experience. "

"Nice, simple hotel with spacious rooms in a great location. Only drawback for my trip was no king beds. Rooms were very clean with large kitchen areas. Breakfast daily was a hit. "
