"This property is certainly shop worn. It seems that the owner/manager thinks that being in a truck parking area gives a pass on maintenance. The surrounding lot is unkempt, weed choked, just plain ugly. The rooms aren’t much better. After walking on the hard surface floor, my feet were so dirty I had to wash them and put my shoes back on! The tub drain was almost clogged shut, and the bathroom was barely clean. Overall, this property is barely acceptable, do not recommend."

"We only stayed one night and our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean but very dated. Although the bathroom was physically clean, the vanity area was so run down it seemed dirty. When I first walked in my non smoking room it had a slight odor but I came to the conclusion it came from the aged carpeting. I wore my socks the entire time and the bottoms were filthy. The amenities are nice but the room needed some love."

"Our room was absolutely terrible! It smelled SO bad like strong urine & old musty/moldy. The chairs & carpet were very stained & old, the AC also smelled terrible and was so loud. Ours walls were so thin, we could literally hear everyone in the rooms on both sides of us and above us. The bathroom walls & ceiling had obviously cover up paint spots I’m sure to cover mold, but it was peeling off and there was other spots that were def mold especially directly above the shower head. If it wasn’t late night and having 3 kiddos under 5 in tow I would’ve requested a switch. But we were exhausted and tired making it work…..heavily regret. We got barely any sleep. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!!"

"Staff needs to inform customer that kitchen sink isn’t working and to not use that sink! The InSinkErator was not working hence the water will not drain! Also the air conditioner was loud! Other than that it was a good place for the money!"

I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."

"I would not recommend this hotel unless management makes significant improvements. The bathroom was in very poor condition. The fixtures were dirty and heavily worn, with buildup on the showerhead and faucet, peeling paint, damaged caulking, stained areas around the tub/shower, and visible MILDEW around corners and hardware. Several floor tiles were loose or not properly secured, creating a potential trip hazard, and a lot of grout was missing, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The issues were not limited to the room. The indoor pool was closed often, and when open, the water was far too cold for an indoor pool, suggesting the heater was not working properly or not being used effectively. The patio furniture was old, worn, and placed on uneven brick, creating another safety concern. Noise was also a problem. There was loud hallway noise until nearly 2:00 AM, including children running around unsupervised. I called the front desk, and while the issue was addressed lightly, I had to get the employee’s attention while she was outside on a smoke break. Since my room was on the first floor near the front desk, the noise should have been handled sooner. The rate was extremely inflated due to Indy 500 weekend and was far above the quality provided. Overall, the property felt old, poorly cleaned, and poorly maintained. Management needs to address cleanliness, safety hazards, noise control, and necessary upgrades before I would stay again."
