"The hotel is great overall. We had an unfortunate incident where some teenagers were knocking our door to make our dog bark in the middle of the night and when I tried calling the front desk to report them, no one answered.
The rooms are fine, enjoyed the Rocky Mountain soap co. products and the pool was a hit with our kids.
The breakfast buffet had quite a few gluten free options which was wonderful because my child is celiac. They would toast bread for us in the back and bring it out which shows they understand and take celiac seriously.
They only other thing I was caught off guard with is that the hotel seems to be very pet friendly, however when you arrive you are required to sign an agreement that your pet can never be alone, go on the bed or furniture and if they suspect you broke that rule you are subject to a fee. I would have booked elsewhere if I thought I’d have to worry about my tiny dog jumping on the bed. Thankful had no issue but warning for others who may travel with pets for are used to sleeping in your bed or sitting on your couch. "
