Hotel murah di Bigogwe

"The lodge does not actually exist. We arrived at the building, and the outside matched the pictures. However there was no sign and no staff at the place. With the assistance of some helpful neighbours from the street, we learned that it was available for long term rental. A supervisor (who arrived on bike after being called by one of the neighbours) opened the gates so that we could see the “lodge”. It was completely empty and bereft of any furniture). There was no response from the property...

"L'hôtel réservé est fermé. On nous a proposé un hôtel en construction portant un autre nom dont la finition n'est pas terminee : chambre non terminée, fils électriques qui traîneent, pas d'eau chaude, lumière passant par la porte mal posée, escalier aux marches toutes inegales très dangereuses ,absence de mains courantes, pas de TV installée, pas de restaurant installée, pas de roof top accessible etc.Des images ont été prises. La réservation ne correpondait en rien à l'hôtel réservé ...

"The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice. "

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."

"There is no beach and the gate was shut when I arrived and had to wait an hour. The phone number was disconnected and there was a chicken that made noise waking me up 3 am. Not impressed "

"Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water...

"We were lucky enough to stay in Volcanoes Over View during our gorilla trekking visit. We were kindly met by Oliver and his team, and he made the experience 10/10, going above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. We were kindly upgraded to the tents. He was able to source gaiters and gloves for our treks at short notice. He provided delicious spicy tea in the evening and was patient enough to teach us the game of Igosoro.
