"This is our go to place to stay when visiting family in the Minden/Gardnerville area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are 2 restaurants and a quick cafe, all of which we use when staying. Of course there is the casino and this past stay we were treated to a fantastic symphony outside. "The room had bedbugs. The manager was rude and lied saying there was no bedbugs after we showed him proof and only refunded us one night. We had to leave at one in the morning to Reno for a nice hotel . for the price that we payed this hotel was disgusting. There’s no breakfast included there’s no pool so they lied about the breakfast just so you know don’t stay here unless you want bite marks."

"The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers."

"Beautiful property and had stayed there previously with great experiences but a disappointing experience this time. Kitchen in unit had a lingering overpowering food odor. Floors in unit were sticky. Dinner reservations at the resort restaurant were not honored due to minimal staff availability. Went back two different times and were told they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. Even offered to do a take out order but kitchen could not handle it."
