"I stayed at the Milwaukie Inn for several weeks and had a great experience. The property was clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the staff was always friendly and professional. Any time I needed something, someone was available to help. The location is excellent. "Got the worst room Possible due to Expedia. Breakfast non existent the room was smelly and not a regular room view of parking lot I would never have booked and paid $289 which they told me they’d comp because I was so unhappy they didn’t comp me so lied about that. Would never stay there again. Beware and never stay in room 19 unless you need wheel chair access. Very very disappointed with hotel and Expedia"

"The gated parking was a plus. The need for those gates not a plus (nearby area seemed somewhat sketchy) providing the secure parking is appreciated. Location was ideal and convenient, room was clean and adequate. We will definitely stay here again. It is located in a beautiful area scenery-wise."

Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests."

"Bathroom/shower area was really cruddy. Looks like baseboards had never/ever been cleaned. Toilet seat was hanging on to toilet by a thread. Door scraped floor when opening or closing, and hinges needed oiling. Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop.
