"I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. The free waters in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff...

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

"The reviews are legit about proximity to museum, hop on and off bus stop, food places close, there is even a laundromat 5 minutes away. Quiet, clean, good AC, nice staff. We loved our stay and the city, a walkers paradise."

"Nice hotel in Bilbao and walking distance to Guggenheim and Old town (Casco Viejo). We stayed in the Junior Suite with terrace. Excellent breakfast and a great orange juicer that squeezes oranges right in front of you. The pool is rather small. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and accommodating. Near many eating and shopping options. Very safe and you can walk late into the night. Good for couples, solo and families."

"Staff, the few that there are, are very helpful & friendly. The fact that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room is a big minus for me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not going to win any awards."
