"When you put yourself out there as a high end hotel, an established mainstay and icon of the local history one expects a bit more when staying here. As a matter of fact my wife stayed here about 18 months prior and had a great experience. However, there was nothing truly remarkable about our stay and as a note, there were things that occurred here that didn't happen at a much lower rated place two years ago on my last visit. 4 day stay - no vacuum, empty coffee cups left on tables, bathroom...

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. Their airport shuttle service was excellent. The facility was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was typical hotel fare but okay for the price. The location was convenient with several dining options within walking distance. If you're flying into and out of Billings and looking for a good place to stay, I highly recommend the Boothill Inn."

"Enjoyable one night stay at the Dude Rancher. Older motel in Billings, but clean and safe. Be aware, the parking is tight if you choose to park close to your room in the off the street parking area. Staff was efficient and helpful. In fact, the lady who was working the evening shift when we checked in voluntarily moved her vehicle so we could park closer to our room. Probably not a lot of hotel employees would inconvenience themselves like that in order to make a guest’s stay more convenient....

"Loved the staff and the room. Food was perfect. They are pet friendly but no space for walking your pets. The homeless group across the street was quite intimidating. The mattress was horrible, and the blanket could have been an actual full sized blanket, but the temperature in the room was perfect, the pillows were very nice."

"Checked in, and then out 10 minutes later. Found 2 dead cockroaches on the bed, turned flashlight on phone to look under bed for more and 3 more came crawling out. While looking for bugs, discovered the bed frame covered in what appeared to be urine and other disgusting substances as well as the walls and nightstand. Hotel desk clerk was nice and apologetic. Did not receive a response from the manager after getting his/her number from desk clerk. Had to go through Expedia for refund as hotel...

"They only clean your room every 3 days. I like fresh towels every day and was not happy about this."

"I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! "
