"Very pet friendly. Although the charge was $50, they gave us a pet welcoming bag that had disposable dishes, treats and a blanket. The room was spotless and actually looked like they shampoo the carpet. Breakfast was also very nice!"

"At check in, we were assigned a room on the second floor. The property does not have elevators, and my wife has difficulty with stairs. The lady at check-in was so accommodating - she made some moves and got us a room on the first floor. The room had a recent upgrade to the bathroom, and though small, was very nice. The rest of the room was small, and like most older properties, didn't have all the outlets we have come to expect during our travels. Good value for the price, however."

"We were put in a noisy room. People upstairs had a baby walker running back and forth. Next door people up most of the night laughing a carrying on. Road noise. Unlike our first night in a different room. It was great so we came back though and stayed again. Completely different experience. I sleep! The facility was clean and nice but this room noise was unbearable."

"Tried to get me to sign up for IHG Rewards and after several NO's I said I would. The front desk assured me that I would get points from my stay, however, upon checking my account there were 0 pints applied. I was told that since I booked through and third party they would not give me points. Please get your facts straight when dealing with customers who expect what you say to be true only to find out that is not the case."
