"I feel like advertising should be more clear that this property is basically in the hospital parking lot and is likely used primarily by hospital patients. I chose it because it was close to the airport but hated staying on the hospital campus. Bummer way to start a vacation."

"Loved the staff and the room. Food was perfect. They are pet friendly but no space for walking your pets. The homeless group across the street was quite intimidating. The mattress was horrible, and the blanket could have been an actual full sized blanket, but the temperature in the room was perfect, the pillows were very nice."

"Checked in, and then out 10 minutes later. Found 2 dead cockroaches on the bed, turned flashlight on phone to look under bed for more and 3 more came crawling out. While looking for bugs, discovered the bed frame covered in what appeared to be urine and other disgusting substances as well as the walls and nightstand. Hotel desk clerk was nice and apologetic. Did not receive a response from the manager after getting his/her number from desk clerk. Had to go through Expedia for refund as hotel...

"Ledgestone has been my go to hotel for a couple years but my least two stays have been disappointing. Our first room smelled so incredibly bad…like death kind of bad. We immediately returned to the desk and requested a new room. They were kind and got us a new room but there was an edge of annoyance. "Everything was lovely! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and large. Breakfast had high protein, gluten free, and dairy free options. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"For the price, it was a great deal. It was quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable, there was a kitchenette, checking was quick, and there was food and stores close by. There is no Continental breakfast."

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."
