"This is our favorite short-distance vacation spot. Excellent stay as always. Had a bit of a snafu with our parking garage pass, but they fixed it."

"The check in was horrible! The manager was short with costumers and I wasn’t able to get a lower room due to medical reasons but I called and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and so when I showed up and asked to please make sure I’m on lower level because of my issues and was informed I was on the 7th floor and that’s the lowest they have and if I don’t like it I could leave else where… was the exact words. "Worst hotel ever!! It literally smells like weed when you walk in and dog piss and poop. The staff was high asf. The beds squeaked so bad you could hear the upstairs neighbors being so loud at 3 in the morning. There was no breakfast in the morning the room we were in the fridge was leaking water everywhere. It takes like 5 minutes for the hot water to turn on. "

"The hot tubs were out of order. Hopefully just a temporary thing. I did hear traffic on the street outside during the night. "

"The tv did not work, at least we couldn't figure it out, nor could the desk clerk. Only one waste basket and it was somewhat hidden behind the toilet."

"The stuff was very helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. A small slide for toddlers and a little bit bigger slide for older kids. The pool didn’t get any deeper than about 3 1/2 feet. In the morning, very good and had lots of options. Hot coffee in the lobby alongside and espresso/latte machine. Fresh warm cookies were in the lobby every evening."

"The staff is very nice. It is right off of a main road so there is significant road noise. The property could use some better maintenance. There was some paint chippage and paint splatter on the floor in the bathroom. Also could be a little cleaner, there was stains on the curtains. All together not a horrible stay, it gets the job done but definitely not the nicest stay."

"Everything was great, the only negative thing was the temp being way too cold in the hallways. Could have been because of the stair cases being wide open. It was cold for my kids walking out of the pool and back to our room. Everything else was just fine though! My other recommendations would be microwaves to heat up leftovers and towels located in the pool. I'm sure they have a reason although would be great to hear an explanation as to why those 2 amenities are not available. Staff was...
