Die Belegschaft war teilweise sehr bemüht, leider aber nicht diesem Standard angemessen (Begrüßung und Erklärung der Anlage hat gefehlt, nach Allergien wurde nicht gefragt, Koffer beim Transport leider beschädigt). "The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. "Jeg overnattede på dette fredelige hotel kun en enkel nat, men jeg ville gerne være blevet der længere. Det var som om at træde ind i en historisk bygning, hvor tiden ikke havde flyttet sig. Bygningen var indvendigt om et museum og værelset var meget stort og renoveret med en nænsomhed og respekt for det historiske. Poolen var ikke stor, men jeg nød at slappe af der. Det korte ophold blev til et fristed for mig i min travle hverdag. Jeg vil meget gerne komme tilbage igen. "

"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"
