"Beautifully appointed and designed hotel. Spacious room and great bathroom.Plenty of fast lifts. Near shopping malls and easy to get buses to other destinations. Courtesy taxi only travelled up to 1.5 km so wasn’t much use really. Generally staff lovely special mention to Aileen, Angel, Lynda and Saga!"

"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK. "

"The staff in the executive lounge were very attentive and eager to please especially Sheila and Richelle. Room 2406 has plumbing problems which were reported to the front desk. The problems are a leaky sink and an ill-fitting shower door which allows a lot of water to pool on the floor outside the shower. We also reported a problem with the thermostat which kept shutting off the air conditioning. Our room was well kept and the views from our room and the executive lounge were nothing short...

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."
