The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities—a small but complete kitchen with a Nespresso coffee makers, a cooktop, microwave, a washer-dryer combo, and a large refrigerator. "What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. "Clean and accessible with the location"

"Id expect my room to be cleaned for 4 days when i paid usd1300. We requested to have the bathroom cleaned everyday and towels replaced. We had to ask for the towels and bathrobe since they were not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned everyday. Good location. Sgd15 to either sentosa or mbs via grab. Walking distance to China town. MRT connected to the building. Nice lobby to have drinks. They need to change the clan t tree room every other day policy. "
