I absolutely loved this place - we had a double room for New Year’s Eve. We didn’t plan to spend any time in our room so it ticked all the boxes for a city stay and we could walk everywhere which really helped! If you want to chill and spend time in the room it is compact - but it was very clean and modern - my husband was very skeptical whether this would work for us but had to admit it was a excellent option for staying centrally on a budget for two nights - New Year’s Eve would have been a nightmare trying to get the MRT - we simply walked back - loved it! Also included good coffee and small pastries - other touches I was impressed with included a fridge, water bottles, slippers, nice shampoo, hairdryer - I was impressed

Another excellent stay at KINN Habitat! I’d highly recommend it—spotlessly clean, welcoming, and wonderfully eco-friendly. The central location makes it so easy to explore the city and all the main attractions. Definitely a 5-star experience from me.

Good stay at kinn, capsules are very comfortables and rooms are very clean. Location is near a subaway station and you can even walk to the touristic area of the city. Free coffee and bread in the mornings is a plus.

Overall amazing hostel experience. Proving dental kit, towel, slippers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was smelling a little musty and damp otherwise very clean. Shared bathroom is pretty. Can use an extra shelf or two because everyone was clutching their stuff around and space is quite tight. “Rooftop” area was so lovely. Really nice space to chill. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Great and easy 24hr reception desk. Locker and room door easy to get into with given code. The common space upstairs is great with a lovley outdoor space and lots of tables. Each floor has designated toilets and pantrys whoch has hot and cold water, snacks, tea, coffee and microwave. With a nice little variety of breakfast snacks, and a cafe downstairs. Capsuals had blinds, lights, plugs, hangers, mirror and table with a spacious locker. Beebing of people enterinv codes wasnt too loud, not enough to wake anyone. Amazing stay would 100% come again.

Better classed capsule hotel

One of the better classed capsule hotel comparable to Japanese ones. Enhanced digital check in with ease, professional, helpful and considerate front desk staff. Outstanding integrated dining, lounge and laundry space furnished with ample tables, comfortable chairs and power source. Excellent light breakfast provided and hot beverage maker with multiple hot drink options. One filtered water tap. Shower stalls are reasonably new, clean and well maintained. Latrines are provided with bidets. Only the rooms emit a strange odor. I don't rightly know the root cause of this. The A/C could be cooler. Easy comfy steps to access the uppper capsule, firm springy but comfy mattress. Disposal slippers provided, quite rare amongst the local capsule hotels. Individual lockers with easy access digital lock. Each level has a well thought out pantry with potable hot/lukewarm water dispenser and cup sanitizer. Singapore has 100% potable water so I drink straight from the tap unfiltered.

The room was compact but nicely designed, and in very good condition. However… There was a strange “sine-wave” noise which occurred intermittently - possibly a resonance from the plumbing. It didn’t help us sleep Also, the fire alarm sounded at 1am, 5am and 7:15am one of the nights we were there. Nobody else bothered going down the stairs (we only went the first time). We got even less sleep that night.
