"Loved our stay. Suite was spacious and full of character, black marble bathroom with deep tub was luxurious (and one of the main reasons we booked it) and breakfast was great. Only 2 problems - no face washers in bathroom, and communication was awful - query via Expedia and on Facebook never received responses at all, and email query was only (partially) responded to over 2 weeks later, too late to be useful. Other than that, would recommend and will come again"
"This hotel is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are very nice kind and friendly. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. The size is big enough for me. The bathroom is clean. This is very important for me.
What I love about this photo is the ground floor has nice cozy coffee, and relaxing space for sitting and having coffee.
The location is also great. There are so many café and restaurants near the hotel.
The public transportation is very good to access the other...
"Beautiful, relaxing and quiet bed and breakfast in the Kalamunda area. Clean and comfortable accommodation on pretty grounds - we enjoyed the birds and bandicoots gathering in the morning. Hearty cooked breakfast. Just a few minutes drive to the Kalamunda shops (though we walked there in 15 minutes) "
"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...
"We always stay at the Quest when we come to WA as it close to family and friends. It has absolutely everything we need for a long stay. And there are restaurants and coffee shops close by, as well as a big shopping centre a very short drive away. "
