"道後温泉本館のすぐ隣、ロケーションがとにかく最高です。こじんまりとしたホテルですが、おしゃれでとてもきれいに保たれています。名前の通り、ヨーロッパのホテルにきた気分になりました。お安いし、また泊まりたいと思います。朝はコーヒーマシンのドリンクサービスがあります。部屋には外出できる浴衣と、はんてん、ぞうりがありました。本棚に、坊ちゃんと火の鳥があったのも、道後温泉気分を盛り立ててくれます。 "

"子供もいたのでクイーンサイズベッドのツインの部屋を予約しました。他のビジネスホテルはシングルサイズのベッドのツインでこちらのホテルとあまりかわらないお値段だったのでこちらのホテルを予約しました。お部屋はきれいで、クイーンのベッドなので子供と2人で寝ても広々寝れてよかったです。朝食のバイキングは種類はあまり多くないけど、広島のご当地料理がいくつもあり楽しかったです。"
