"Our oceanfront room on the 1st floor is absolutely amazing. The double sliding door opens to the beautiful lawn that leads to the beach. We were able to see the breathtaking sunrise the ocean waves from our bed. There are lots of chickens running around in the area. They don't bother you at all except that they do love to sing for the guests to make sure you wake up in time to see the sunrise. ;) Also since its 1st floor, you can expect some sand on the carpet that is not completely cleaned. "The cliffs at Princeville were amazing! They had a spot you could watch the sunset with the view of the ocean, it was absolutely stunning. In unit washer and dryer was super convenient. Unit was bigger than expected for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful."

"We were celebrating our 36th anniversary coming back to Kauai. The apartment in Princeville was great, comfortable and spacious. The only problem was traffic. The building was right off the main road and the first night was really noisy. We made sure windows were closed the second night/much better. The roosters crowing were the only disturbance. "Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "
