"We checked in 90 minutes late because our room wasn’t clean and they made zero attempt to clean it quickly knowing we were waiting. The receptionist was rude and essentially told us there was nothing she could do. When we asked the same receptionist for the wifi password, towels, and the ticket to rent a CD, she was rude. They woke up another guest in the middle of the night because he parked 2 inches over the white line. Customer service was extremely poor"

"There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff"

"海の目の前のステキな立地でした。 自転車を借りれて走れたことも、とても楽しい思い出となりました。 フロントの方の良し悪しは、人によります。 到着時、少し早く着いて、トイレを借りたかったのですが、お尋ねしたら、"ここにはないから、どこか外で借りろ"というニュアンスで、全く優しくない人でびっくりしました。チェックインも3時じゃないとできないと言われてましたが、違う方に聞いたら、"もう入れるよ！"って。すぐに入れて頂きました。 朝ごはんは7時から、何人か並んでいました。 全体的にゆっくり、ほんわかと過ごせるホテルでした。平和に感謝。"
