"The property was great! We really wnjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The front desk has trais to borrow for the beach and coolers in the rooms! I would opt for a roomaway from the pool if possible. Quiet hours are 10pm and folks get pretty loud in the evenings at the pool. "

We were there two days, one was pouring from the Kona Low storm, but we still had a blast -- had cocktails, enjoyed the ocean waves and hot tub, warm shower, watched SpongeBob, and enjoyed the cozy rain and breeze coming in from the porch, and had an epic dinner at Rum Fire! Then enjoyed yoga the next morning and a full sunny day at the beach with a cabana and boogie boards! "

"The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

"Great location. beach is on the property! A bit of a walk to exchange beach towels. appreciated the used of the athletic club across the street. very nice to have 2 chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear all in closet to use. Thanks! It is a bit of an older unit. probably needs a deep clean at some point, especially in the bathroom (behind door and window area). loved the large lanai. Code door lock was great. a little smaller than anticipated. only able to fit 1 person in kitchen at a...

"great view, nice to have two rooms plus a balcony. small kitchenette added bonus. the pool area is huge with many places to lounge and enjoy the day. the onsite restaurant was delicious. if you want to be in the middle of the island, this is a great option. "

"We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered. When we arrived, we discovered the only bedroom faced the parking lot-not the ocean. Had we known this, we likely would have cancelled our reservations. The unit itself was a bit dirty. Housekeeping was very helpful though and did supply a mop at my request. The box spring looks like a crime scene. It’s stained...
